These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website and all other online properties and services (the “Site” or “Website”) operated or offered by STR Natural Inc. By using this Site (including the services thereon), you are entering into a legally binding agreement and agree to these Terms. This website is provided by STR Natural, Inc. with the purpose and good intention to inform and educate people about natural medicine or natural healthcare. It does NOT make any health claims or promise to treat or cure any or all illnesses. We do not promise or guarantee any results. Individual results may vary. The information provided by STR Natural, Inc. does not take the place of physician's care, medical procedures, lab tests, or any necessary medication.

1. Acceptance of Terms: This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth legally binding terms for your use of the Website. By using our Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse one or more of our Websites) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered on our Website as a user). If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you should leave our Website and discontinue use of the Service immediately. We may modify this Agreement from time to time, and such modification shall be effective upon its posting on our Website. 1. Mobile Messaging:  In the event you opt-in to the STR Natural Inc. Mobile Messaging, we will collect and use your mobile telephone number to maintain and administer our Mobile Messaging. With your permission, we may send text messages about our Site, store, promotions, advertisements, new products, and other updates, including “Checkout Reminders”. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply.  Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. STR Natural Inc., its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

1. License and Access:  You have a limited license to use the Site for personal use only. In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. 1. Minors:  Due to the nature of the internet, we cannot prohibit minors from visiting our Website. However, all users who register with our Website must be 18 years of age or older.

Member Account, Password, and Security:  If you register on our Website, you will be required to choose a password and user name, and you may be asked for additional information regarding your account, such as your e-mail address and/or mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify STR Natural Inc. of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session. Responsibility Of Content of Website:  You, and not STR Natural Inc., are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Site or third party apps (“Service”). STR Natural Inc. may or may not be able to control the Content posted via the Site or Service and, as such, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that you deem offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will STR Natural Inc. be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service.

Accordingly, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications, or content provided by any user or third party. We have no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or nonperformance of the activities described in this section.

1. Content Standards: This section constitutes the “Content Standards” that apply to any and all User Contributions and use of Interactive Services. User Contributions must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. Submissions to the Website: The Website may contain areas that allow for user interaction, including blogs, forums, bulletin board services, chat areas or other message and communications features (“Interactive Services” or "Interactive Area(s)"). You acknowledge that the Website and the Interactive Areas are public and do not provide for private communications; therefore, any information or content you post to the Website may be read by others. 1. Security Components. You understand that our Website and software embodied within our Website may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and that use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by STR Natural Inc. and/or content providers who provide content to STR Natural Inc.. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any such security components and usage rules embedded into our Website.

1. Non-commercial Use. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial purposes, except as specifically approved by STR Natural Inc.. Unauthorized framing of or linking to our Website is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles and Content without notice and may result in the termination of membership privileges.
