Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of use, wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
Because STR Natural Inc. creams and supplements are clinical grade, we will fully refund your unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. The tamper seals must not be removed to receive the full refund (minus return shipping cost). The creams and supplements need to be used for 3-6 months for gentle soothing relief because it is working with your body and your skin health. If you have opened the products or if the tamper seal has been removed, we are unable to refund you. Please be patient and continue use for the creams and supplements to help you with your skin care needs. Our customer support team is here for you.
Any item(s) sent back after 30 days cannot be accepted.
There are no refunds for bulk or volume purchases of 3 or more of each item due to handling or holding our products outside of our care.
Before shipping the item back to us. Contact STR Natural customer care first to obtain an RMA number to begin the return process. Have the order number ready when contacting us.
