For babies and sensitive individuals, it is recommended to spot test the creams before regular use. Apply a small amount of cream on the arm of the baby or sensitive adult and wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, any sensitivities or
irritations occur, wipe cream off immediately and rinse with warm water. Wait one day and try the spot test again on a different spot of the arm the following day. Repeat for 3 days straight on different parts of the arm to
determine the reaction/sensitivity to the cream. If no irritations occur and the spot test was successful, then apply on the arm and leave cream on overnight to double check the spot test results. If everything is fine, now you are ready to use it on the affected area regularly. 

Please first read the spot test directions. If you are ready to use the cream(s). Begin by taking before photos of the affected area(s) first it is important to
document this with your camera and through photography under flash.  Apply A thin layer of the cream(s) on your greatest problem area first and GENTLY
work or massage it into the skin. Apply and do not scratch the affected area.

First apply Original Skin Health A Cream wait 5 minutes and then apply Original Skin Health M Cream, Apply the cream(s) 2-3 times daily and as needed on affected area.  Our creams are safe to use every day on adult’s and baby’s sensitive skin. Stop use and ask a physician if: Condition worsens, Symptoms
lasts more than 7 days, or clear up and occur again within a few days.

Take 1-3 capsules three times a day for The Original Yellow Cleanse and Take 1- tablets three times a day for The Original Complex. For skin to improve, a period of 3-6 months is needed.  Please be patient and begin building good habits daily starting today. If you scratch the area, you are reopening and making the condition worse and not better. It is extremely important that you do not scratch the affected area. Each time you scratch the area, your 3-6 months’ time clock starts over again for that area. Applying the cream will help give attention to the itchy area, so by simply applying the
cream every time you feel itchy, you are helping to alleviate itching, so don’t scratch. Another way to alleviate the itch, if it is really bad and bothersome,
